Back in (Small) Business: GSA Opens Revamped MySBA Certifications

In August, GSA closed its “certify.sba.gov” website for upgrades, putting on hold some very important size and status certifications, such as 8(a), Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and HUBZone.

Over the last few days (and without much fanfare!) the new “MySBA Certifications” page went live. It’s now open and accepting applications for all of these programs. And, it seems have come with a brand new and great-looking knowledge base with videos, application previews, user guides, and FAQ.

This is great news for eligible businesses. These programs are an excellent source of assistance for small and disadvantaged businesses across all industries – but only if you are certified. If your business qualified, it’s a great idea to go through the application and certification process.
